第五届信息控制、电气工程及轨道交通国际学术会议 (ICEERT 2026)圆满落幕

On August 15, 2026, the 2026 5th International Conference on Information Control, Electrical Engineering and Rail Transit (ICEERT 2026) successfully concluded in Harbin. The conference was hosted by Heilongjiang University, co-organized by the School of Mathematics and Statistics of Heilongjiang University and the School of Electrical Engineering and Control Science of Nanjing Tech University, and assisted by the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Heilongjiang University, the Heilongjiang Association of Automation, and the Heilongjiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Complex Systems Theory and Computation. The conference brought together experts and scholars from universities and research institutions across the country, fostering in-depth exchange on frontier theories and technical practices in the fields of information control, electrical engineering, and rail transit.

2026年8月15日,第五届信息控制、电气工程及轨道交通国际学术会议(ICEERT 2026)在哈尔滨圆满落幕。本次会议由黑龙江大学主办,黑龙江大学数学与统计学院、南京工业大学电气工程与控制科学学院承办,黑龙江大学机电工程学院、黑龙江省自动化学会、黑龙江省复杂系统理论与计算重点实验室协办。会议汇聚了来自全国多所高校与科研机构的专家学者,围绕信息控制、电气工程与轨道交通领域的前沿理论与技术实践展开了深入交流。

开幕盛况

Prof. Xin Wang from Heilongjiang University, serving as the Conference Chair, presided over the opening ceremony and extended a warm welcome to the attending experts and scholars on behalf of the organizing committee. Researcher Mingqing Zhu, Vice President of the Heilongjiang Association for Science and Technology and Secretary-General and Vice President of the Heilongjiang Association of Automation, and Prof. Xiaomin Tang, Dean of the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Heilongjiang University, delivered speeches respectively, elaborating on the academic significance of the conference and the rationale for joint hosting from the perspectives of intelligent manufacturing and industrial transformation, mathematical foundations and interdisciplinary integration, and control theory and engineering implementation. Following the speeches, all participants took a group photo to commemorate the occasion.

Keynote Speeches

主讲报告

The conference invited nine keynote speakers, covering frontier directions including adaptive quantized control, intelligent connected vehicle platooning, wastewater treatment process optimization, electromechanical braking, maritime unmanned systems, inverse optimal control, biomimetic underwater robots, safety regulation of embodied intelligence, and cyber-physical system security.

本次会议共邀请九位主讲嘉宾,涵盖自适应量化控制、智能网联车辆编队、污水处理过程优化、电子机械制动、海上无人系统、逆最优控制、仿生水下机器人、具身智能安全调控、信息物理系统安全等前沿方向。

Prof. Yugang Niu from East China University of Science and Technology delivered a report titled "Adaptive Quantized Control Strategies under Finite/Infinite Coding Length," proposing an adaptive quantizer design scheme to address the coding length constraints in quantized signal transmission within networked control systems.

华东理工大学牛玉刚教授作题为《有限/无限编码长度下自适应量化控制策略》的报告,针对网络化控制系统中量化信号传输的编码长度约束问题,提出了自适应量化器的设计方案。

Subsequently, Prof. Yongming Li, Vice President of Liaoning University of Technology, presented "Cooperative Formation Control Methods and Techniques for Intelligent Connected Vehicles," exploring the safety and communication challenges faced by vehicle platoon cooperative control in complex traffic scenarios.

随后,辽宁工业大学副校长李永明教授分享了《智能网联群车协同编队控制方法与技术》,探讨了复杂交通场景下车队协同控制面临的安全与通信挑战。

Dr. Xin Li, representing the research team of Prof. Han Honggui from Beijing University of Technology, delivered a report titled "Multi-objective dynamic collaborative optimization for the municipal wastewater treatment process," introducing multi-objective cooperative optimization control technology for wastewater treatment processes.

北京工业大学韩红桂教授团队代表李新博士作了《城市污水处理全流程多目标动态协同优化》的报告,介绍了面向污水处理过程的多目标协同优化控制技术。

Prof. Jing Yan from Yanshan University delivered a report titled "Integrated Design of Detection, Communication, and Control for Marine Unmanned Systems," showcasing the latest research achievements in the cooperative mechanisms of detection, transmission, and control for maritime unmanned systems.

Prof. Chengpu Yu from Beijing Institute of Technology delivered a report titled "Inverse Optimal Control: From Linear-Quadratic Control to Safe Trajectory Optimization," systematically introducing the theoretical and algorithmic advances of inverse optimal control in LQR, LQT, and safety-critical MPC.

北京理工大学俞成浦教授分享了报告题为《逆最优控制:从线性二次控制到安全轨迹优化》,系统介绍了逆最优控制在LQR、LQT及安全关键MPC中的理论与算法进展。

Prof. Zhengxing Wu from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, presented "Bionic Intelligent Underwater Robotic Systems," demonstrating the team's research progress in biomimetic robotic fish locomotion mechanism analysis, system design, and intelligent control.

Finally, Associate Prof. Yuchen Jiang from Harbin Institute of Technology presented "Cyberattacks on the CPS monitoring layer: Research questions and recent progress," reporting the latest research advances in industrial cyber-physical system security from both attack and defense perspectives.

最后,哈尔滨工业大学蒋宇辰副教授以《信息物理系统监控层的网络攻击:研究问题与进展》为题,从攻防双视角汇报了工业信息物理系统安全性的最新研究进展。

Four young scholars from Shaanxi Transport Vocational and Technical College, Tianjin Institute of Aerospace Electromechanical Equipment, University of Science and Technology Liaoning, and Heilongjiang University successively shared their latest research findings. Participants actively raised questions, discussions were in-depth, and the academic atmosphere was vibrant.

来自陕西交通职业技术学院、天津航天机电设备研究所、辽宁科技大学、黑龙江大学的四位青年学者依次分享了最新研究成果。参会代表踊跃提问,讨论深入,学术氛围浓厚。

Conference Outcomes and Outlook

会议成果与展望

The successful hosting of ICEERT 2026 established a high-level academic exchange platform for scholars and industry experts in the fields of information control, electrical engineering, and rail transit. The conference covered multiple directions ranging from fundamental research in control theory to technical applications in electrical engineering, from safety evaluation of rail transit to security protection of cyber-physical systems, demonstrating the academic value of interdisciplinary exchange. The School of Mathematics and Statistics at Heilongjiang University has profound expertise in the mathematical foundations of control theory, while the School of Electrical Engineering and Control Science at Nanjing Tech University has distinctive strengths in the engineering implementation of control theory. The joint hosting of this conference by the two schools fully showcased the complementary advantages of theoretical methods and applied practice.
