About ICEERT 2027

2027 6th International Conference on Information Control, Electrical Engineering and Rail Transit

Against the backdrop of the deep integration of global energy transition and the digital revolution, the three fields of information control, electrical engineering, and rail transit are merging at an unprecedented pace, reshaping the underlying logic of modern transportation and energy systems. From the paradigm shift of AI‑driven intelligent control theories moving from "automation" to "autonomy," to SiC‑based traction systems achieving comprehensive energy savings of over 25% and already being put into passenger operation on the Guangzhou Metro, and further to the *China Urban Rail Transit Smart Rail Development Outline (Revised Version V2.0·2026–2035)* explicitly setting a phased goal of achieving a 20% AI‑driven cost reduction rate by 2030—the cross‑disciplinary innovation of information control, electrical engineering, and rail transit is rapidly accelerating from theoretical concepts to engineering practice.

Nevertheless, the industry still faces multiple core challenges: stable control and energy management of new energy electrical systems under complex operating conditions, collaborative optimization and safety assurance of large‑scale rail transit systems, as well as bottlenecks in the security and interpretability of AI‑driven control systems. How to achieve the leap from "isolated technological breakthroughs" to "system‑level intelligent integration" has become a core issue of common concern for both academia and industry.

The 2027 6th International Conference on Information Control, Electrical Engineering and Rail Transit (ICEERT 2027) will be held in Changsha, China, from September 3 to 5, 2027. The conference will focus on frontier directions including intelligent control theory, new energy electrical systems, and the design and operation of urban rail transit, with in‑depth discussions on key technological breakthroughs and system integration applications of information control and electrical engineering in the rail transit sector.

The conference will invite renowned scholars and industry leaders from around the world to deliver keynote speeches, share the latest research findings and industry developments, and provide a high‑level platform for global scholars, engineers, and industry experts to exchange new ideas, explore technological frontiers, and seek collaboration opportunities. We cordially invite colleagues from all fields to gather in Changsha and jointly promote the deep integration and innovative development of information control, electrical engineering, and rail transit.

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI、Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
