About ICEERT 2026

Welcome to 2026 5th International Conference on Information Control, Electrical Engineering and Rail Transit (ICEERT 2026), which will be held in Harbin, China from August 14 to 16, 2026. The conference is an important platform for academic exchanges in the fields of information control, electrical engineering and rail transit. It aims to provide opportunities for scholars, engineers and industry experts to exchange new ideas, technical exchanges and future cooperation. This conference will cover topics such as information control systems, the latest developments in electrical technology, and the design and operation of rail transit. ICEERT 2026 focuses on cutting-edge technologies and challenges in the fields of intelligent control theory, new energy electrical systems, and the safety and efficiency of urban rail transit. The conference will invite well-known scholars and industry leaders from around the world to deliver keynote speeches and share the latest research results and industry developments. Publication

Papers submitted to ICEERT 2026 will be reviewed by technical committees of the conference. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published on conference proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
